This growth best happens in life groups Acts As we grow in faith, we turn our hearts to God, giving of ourselves and our resources — freely and cheerfully 2 Corinthians Serving others is one of the greatest blessings God offers us. Acts of selfless service allow us to bring glory to God and shine his light in this world!

Stir occasionally and cook until onions are translucent. Turn heat down to low and add remaining ingredients. Add lid and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Right before serving, thickly slice baguette and place on cooking tray. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of slices and broil until golden brown. Pour soup into bowls, add a slice or two of cheesy baguettes and enjoy! He is Risen, Indeed, Alleluia! Those are such magical words that we have not heard since the Sunday before our journey began on Ash Wednesday.

Today we let those words ring loudly as our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has defied sin, death, and the devil. There is no greater day nor greater celebration in the Church year than Easter, as this is the day that Jesus reminds us how much He loves us, and the lengths He will go to have a righteous relationship with us; yes, even you!

He is Risen. Everyone seems to be talking and not listening. Lent is a season to hear from God. To hear how desperate we are and how sufficient He is.

This season, we invite you to listen to the Word in a deeper way. To hear the Word of the Gospel not simply as words on a page in an old book but as the true story of what God has accomplished for you. Come and listen to the Sounds of Lent.
